At E2DaV Music & Media, we are committed to providing high-quality creative and educational services.

Due to the time, customization, and digital nature of our products and services, the following refund policy applies:

Digital downloads, music purchases, beats, recordings, and educational materials are non-refundable.
Piano lessons and scheduled appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
Custom music production, songwriting, mixing, mastering, and media projects may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.
Once work has started on a custom project, refunds will not be issued for completed work or time already invested.
If E2DaV Music & Media is unable to provide a scheduled service, clients may be offered a rescheduled appointment or credit toward future services.
