E2DaV Music & Media provides music production, mixing and mastering, piano lessons, songwriting services, AI-assisted media creation, digital content, and related creative services.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom production projects, songwriting services, and media creation projects may require a deposit before work begins.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Lessons and Appointments

Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled lessons, consultations, and virtual meetings.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited without refund.

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without notice may be charged the full session fee.

E2DaV reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

Digital Products and Music Sales

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable music, recordings, beats, digital files, and educational materials are final.

No refunds will be issued once digital content has been delivered or downloaded.

Custom Production and Songwriting Projects

Ownership rights for custom projects will be outlined in a separate written agreement when applicable.

Until full payment is received, all copyrights, recordings, compositions, arrangements, and project files remain the property of E2DaV Music & Media.

Unauthorized use, distribution, resale, or reproduction of unfinished or unpaid work is strictly prohibited.
